Drosera scorpioides (Planch.)

In the photo above the gemma have now grown into small plants. The photo was taken on 20 March 04.

In the photos above the parent plant has recovered from gemma production and is preparing to flower. The photo was taken on 17 March 04.

The plant was flowering on 29 March 04.

These plants are the same as those above that were planted as gemmae in fall 2002. The lower brown skirt are the old leaves from summer 2003. Above that are the leaves from summer 2004 which are partly green and partly brown. Above these are some gemma that were left from winter 2004. At the top are the newly emerging 2005 leaves and flower buds. The photo above left was taken 6 March 05; and a few weeks later on 1 April 05 (right).
